Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Types of calls consist of and are not limited to:
  1. Concession-related matters (i.e replacement procedure, extension issues, application issues)
  2. Filing of claims for customer
  3. Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet or exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call centre is highly preferred, or customer service experience
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

About the job:

• Visits customer installation for site survey and provide a comprehensive recommendation.
• Generates configuration, programming, and testing of HMI, PLCs, Server, multiplexors, Delta V, Flow Computers, Preset, Batch Controller, and other applicable equipment.
• Prepares engineering documents (Functional Design Specification, Test Procedures & I/O Address List, Modbus List, Graphics Display, etc).
• Gathers feedback for development/application programming of project software for Flow Computer, Supervisory Computer, PLC, etc.
• Reviews Engineering Documents such as System Architecture, Wiring Drawings (which generated by vendors) etc.

About you:

• Degree in Instrumentation / Software / Electronics Engineering and 8+ years of related experience or Diploma in Instrumentation / Software / Electronics Technology and related experience in instrumentation and flow metering for the Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry.
• With more than 5 years of work experience in the development/programming of Industrial Automation/Process Control software and advanced software tools.
• In-depth development experience in SCADA software, e.g. DeltaV, iFix, PCS, WinCC, Wonderware Intouch.
• Proven experience in software development in Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider PLC.
• Proficiency in network communication protocols such as TCP/IP, OPC, Modbus, etc.
• Proficiency in Software design and development for custody transfer and B&T solution.
