The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. Job Description:
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.
