JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out servicing, installation, repair, preventive maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of aesthetics equipment.
• Respond to technical enquiries and provide technical support to customers
• Prepare and maintain technical and spare parts inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping and safety in the workplace.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in Engineering.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this field.
• Valid Class 3 driving license

• Liaising with customers and doing quotations

• Staff will be dealing with phone enquiries from policyholders and distribution representatives, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility
• Attend to enquiries and requests via calls in a professional and prompt manner
