The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
· Build and expand client relationship through delivery of high-quality data mining and analysis.
· Support client engagement strategy team in acquiring, retaining and deepening banking relationship with clients
Business
· Co-ordinate on weekly and monthly management review reporting
· Co-ordinate on promotion campaign data analysis – building up propensity model, ROI caculation, product bundling fulfilment, MGM and etc
· Manage international banking client data portfolio with refreshed data tag.
· Work with retail analytics team and database team to maintain a comprehensive IB data mart.
· Help on Digital Sales, MGM and Acquisition Campaign.
· Analysis on business data including rev, aum, sales numbers and etc.
· Client profile analysis to support acquisition and product sales.

· To provide regular data reporting to IB head and Client Engagement Strategy Head

Risk Management
· Raise STR if necessary
· Forwarding and keeping track of all documentations which require senior managers’ approval
· Ensure proper follow up on the outstanding risk, document and overall control culture in the teams

· Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies
· Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities
· Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank
· Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections
· Cooperate with any investigations or reviews on regulatory failure such as accountability review
Our Ideal Candidate
· 5-years’ experience in Banking.
· Experience in Client & Customer Engagement activity.
· Hands on experience in Client Data Analytics & Data Management
· Bachelor and above
