The service captain is responsible to recommend guests our venue's food and drink offering and deliver superior customer service standards in executing their duties. The Service Captain is an integral part of our Front of House team that leaves guests of Tanjong Beach Club with an awesome experience which will see them returning time and again.

We are looking for HVAC / ACMV Service Engineer who is well experienced in Chiller/Air-Conditioning projects in past or current employment. He/she must be able to –

• Perform servicing of chillers & other HVAC equipment
• Propose plan & implement ACMV installations.
• Maintain schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment.
• Design and interpret installation drawings and control starter panel of ACMV Equipment
• Perform HVAC cooling capacity calculation, pressure drop calculation, ducting sizing.
• Liaising with customers to resolve complaints cases.
• Coordination with vendors and contractors in job coordination
• Assist or involve in schedule planning & prepare technical analysis reports for management’s review.
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary from times to times.

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in ACMV, HVAC Projects
• Experienced in piping and instrumentation diagram (PID), Air flow diagram and ducting and Instrumentation diagram (DID)
• Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Good knowledge in ACMV and Building Automation System (BAS) interfacing testing.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills

Job Type – Full-Time / Contract type of employment which mandates working in rotational shifts. The work involves compulsory working on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, as this job indulges in customer service during their availability schedules. We are looking for an experienced service engineer who can be available for service during odd hours /midnight shifts. The job is shift-based working, so the rest schedule will be on a weekday which will be as per the roster schedule according to project deadlines and service appointments.

Expected Salary: $3100.00 – $3400.00 which includes all type of allowances (Shift Allowance, Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Mobile Allowance) Performance Allowance and Other Perks/Incentives/Commissions shall be discussed after the minimum contract period served.
