Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.  

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.

• Supervise cash processing equipment staging and production processes.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring prompt resolution of shortages.
• Supervise Field Technicians' schedules, tools, and skills for efficient operations.

• Manage personal stocks and facilitate timely stock transfers.
• Oversee central warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines and metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising a team of technicians
• Experience of Oracle Netsuite ERP systems
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering
