We are seeking a skilled Proposal and Service Designer to join Fujifilm Business Innovation APAC. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating persuasive proposals and service presentations for clients, ensuring a visually captivating representation of Fujifilm's business initiatives.

ROLE

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and objectives.
• Develop and design compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate Fujifilm's value proposition.
• Create visually appealing and innovative graphics, infographics, and layouts to enhance presentation materials.
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data and insights to be incorporated into proposals.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all proposal and presentation materials.
• Think creatively to provide unique and out-of-the-box solutions for presentation challenges.
• Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of design and content creation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal and service design, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and engaging presentation materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in proposal and service design.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• Knowledge in PLC based control systems and/or Hydraulic systems.
• Automation or instrumentation experience an advantage
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience in Marine Hydralius System.
• Possess good initiative, customer oriented and action oriented.
