Job Description:

• Oversee building and data centre facilities
• Preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment are properly serviced & maintained
• Maintain good documentation of facilities and/or equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary
• Oversee new data centre projects as well as renovation and maintenance of existing space
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management on a day-to-day basis

Skill Sets:

• Must possess broad-based knowledge and skills in the areas of building technology, mechanical and electrical services and facilities management
• Experienced in Data Centre facility management and vendor management
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Education / Experience:

• Diploma/ Degree in Building/ Facility Management or any other related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Customer Service cum Operations Executive (Air & Sea)

Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage
