Job Description

Youth Work

· Jointly with your team, you will study, propose, and set up intervention structures, applying proven framework to reach out to youths in C3’s programmes

· Provide social work support and develop intervention plan for clients in the Youth programme in schools with the ultimate goal of improving the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing

· You are required to work closely with key personnel from school to take on tier 2 and 3 students, and provide specific support and work schools to achieve identified outcomes

· Plan, execute and evaluate on-going youth programmes and services

· Conduct analysis of community needs, develop, implement, and grow the C3 Youth programmes and services

· Provide individual and group intervention for youths in C3’s programme, both face-to-face and over virtual platforms

· Organize and conduct psycho-education workshops and support groups (face-to-face and virtual)

· Network with relevant stakeholders and external organizations

· Support growth of department with team members.

Admin / Programme responsibilities

· Perform administration / billing / programme responsibilities that supports the operational work

· Manage the correspondences of the organisation

· Coordinate with staff, stakeholders, volunteers and beneficiaries with regards to programmes.

Other Responsibilities

· Assist in the various Programmes of C3 as required

· Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required

Job Description

This role is with our client, a prominent Secondary School in Singapore.

• Front Desk Reception and Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone calls, enquries and deliveries and courier services.
• Attend to walk in students, teachers, parents, vendors, visitors of the school.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
• Perfom administrative support such as Data entry
• Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys
• Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents
• Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required
• Provide simple first aid to the injured /unwell staff, students or visitors.
• Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
• Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.

Requirements

• Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Good command of English
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience as receptionist and admin
• Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
• Should preferably have certified basic first aid knowledge and skill. Untrained candidate is welcome but he/she will need to obtain Standard First Aid Certificate within the first year of contract.

Work Details:

Contract until end of December 2024, extendable

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM during School Term

Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM on School Holidays
