Responsibilities

● Full responsible of the bridal boutique’s operation by appointments

● Assist marketing strategies, handling of social media

● Attending to couple enquiries and assist in gown fitting

● Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages

● Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway shows

● Manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories, monitoring production of gowns

● Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records

● Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages

● Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules

● Coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects

● Prepare monthly, yearly sales report and presentation materials

● Coordinate with team of wedding planners

Service Engineer

Job Description:
• Perform evaluation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of equipment according to guidelines and approved methods
• Provide installation, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to customers for general scientific laboratory equipment
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and confidentiality of test results
• Co-ordinate closely with sales team to provide technical support & after sales service to customers
• Conduct risks assessments to comply with safety work procedures

Requirements:
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Possesses initiative and keen knowledge in gaining understanding of mechanics and operations of equipment
• Relevant working experience in similar field would be an advantage
• Sound ability to troubleshoot, test and conduct hands-on repairs
• Good knowledge and understanding in Circuit Schematic Drawing
• Possess Class 3 Driving License (but not essential)
• Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation (specifically ISO/IEC 17025) will be an added advantage

This role is specifically for the TSE Implant support organization in AMSEA within AGS and as such requires product specialism in Implant VIISta and Legacy hardware and associated software and systems.

Location is anywhere in AMSEA geographical region.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all technical support related within AGS TSE. Mainly supporting technical escalations, Root cause analysis and follow up tech doc creation, system installation support , FSO improvement programs and service contract SME support.
Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing tech support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 
Can Provide Alpha Site support to Engineering  specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool
Can Provide Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool. 
Can Present at customer level and has the communication skills to present at all levels within AGS and the Business Unit
