Oversee the daily operations of the Centre

Liaising with tutors, parents and students

Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs

Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe

Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre

Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management

Counter sales of tuition packages

Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branchCommunicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year

Administer daily and monthly reports

Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters

Must be energetic and have a business mindset

Able to work both weekends.

Contract Period: 1 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025 (Option to Extend)

Working hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
• Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30mins hr lunch break

Job Scope:

• Customer Service at the front desk
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Attend to phone and walk-in enquires and take messages
• Attend to students in the sick bay
• Contact parents when required and coordinating early dismissal of students
• Data entry
• Printing of worksheets
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
• Delivers or distributes items received
• Any other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements:

• Full GCE’N’,’O’ or Nitec Certificate or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills
• bilingual will be an advantage
• Excellent organisation skills

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of systems like Zendesk or SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Excel for data management.
