RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for server status monitoring and optimization.
• Conduct maintenance checks, patches update and review log reports.
• Perform scripting for manual data input.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain the stability of existing systems and network environments.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Responsible for server environment construction, fault location and troubleshooting for Linux OS.
• Analysis of logging information for debugging and reporting.
• Provide end-user support for computer software.
• Perform administration and maintenance routines of assigned subsystems.

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information System, Networking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in networking, storage, compute, and security deployment.
• Relevant certification or experience in Azure is preferred.
• Experienced with Windows AD, Keycloak, MongoDB Enterprise, NGINX, ElasticSearch, NXLog EE, NXLog Manager, NXLog Support, Grafana, Qradar, OpenShift, GEM, ArcGIS GeoEvent, ArcGIS Desktop, MSSQL 2022, MSSQL 2022 for Keycloak will be additional advantage.
• Experience with VMWare will be good.
• Experience in working with end users, stakeholders, and other development teams in fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problems solving skills with sound result oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.
• Collaborate with peers to help cardholders, provide thought-leadership and inspire both customers and peers in a diverse business environment.
• Evaluate the nature of each call and determine the appropriate action to complete the request.
• Answer general customer service questions from cardholders, explain multiple program features, and where appropriate, transfer the customer to the issuing bank to obtain specific account information or transfer the customer to an appropriate Third-Party Service Provider.
• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while providing quality customer service in order to meet and exceed department standards.
• Provide status update on Emergency Card and Cash requests when customer calls to follow up.
• Ensure smooth delivery set up of Emergency card and disbursement of Emergency cash upon receipt of approval from the banks.
• One Stop Fulfillment of Emergency service with customer and their banks.
• Document cases to show action taken.

Admin & Receptionist – In this new role, you will be responsible day-to-day administration and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of Singapore entities. To be successful as an Admin assistant you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

You will:

1. Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative duties, like filing administrative documents, data entry
• Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices for all office related services
• Order office supplies
• Update Office Expenditure list
• Maintaining equipment inventories List and evaluating new equipment
• Responsible to supervise and inspect contractors' works, i.e. Security and Cleaners
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office including CCTV system, AV system, Fire Extinguishers, Furniture and all properties in office

2. Receptionist

• Manage incoming calls and direct to the intended parties
• Take and deliver timely messages to the intended recipients

• Handle all incoming, outgoing, local and international mails & courier deliveries
• Assist in conference call bookings and arrangement when required

3. Others

• Back-up for Admin Manager
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager

You Bring:

• At least a Higher Secondary / Pre-U/A level/College/Professional certificate or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) working experience in a similar field
• Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical / administrative support or equivalent
• Have good computer application knowledge (eg., Excel, Words, Power Point, etc.)
• Have good phone etiquette, anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
