• Responsible in reducing food and drinks wastage by repeating orders and through proper handling.
• Responsible for direct costs. To ensure that they placed the orders correctly and according to par level.
• Responsible for salaries and related expenses by planning team members’ roster effectively to reduce labour costs.
• Monitor team member’s transport expenses.
• Manage and control petty cash expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process timely and accurate service benefits/scheme payments and claims in accordance with prevailing policies and guidelines.
• Assess and process applications for claims/benefits/appeals and refund cases for Paid Leave Schemes and ensure that claims are processed in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines so that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and timely.
• Work with a team of colleagues to perform daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare monthly reports for payments and claims.

• Conduct verification checks on records of claims and assist in queries/clarifications by auditors.
