Job Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of similar experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort or spa setting.
• Able to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and organizational and skills, with strong focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in spa and wellness will be advantageous.

1. Administrative Support:

• Managing Calendars and Schedules:
  • Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring no conflicts.
  • Remind CEO of upcoming appointments, tasks, and deadlines.
• Email and Communication Management:
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence as needed.

2. Expense Management :

• Track and manage travel and other related expenses.
• Prepare expense reports for CEO.

3. Projects and Task Management:

• Assisting with Projects:
  • Help coordinate and follow up on projects involving the CEO.
  • Liaise with internal departments or external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.

4. Confidentiality and Discretion:

• Managing Sensitive Information:
  • Handle confidential information and ensure security protocols are adhered to.
  • Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive matters related to business operations or personal affairs.

5. Communication Liaison:

• Internal and External Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and Board members, other executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Relay messages, decisions, or requests on behalf of CEO.
• Handling requests for counselling appointments with CEO:
  • Replying to client’s WhatsApp request for counselling with CEO .
  • Manage and coordinate clients’ appointments.
• Public Relations Assistance:
  • Assist in managing the CEO’s public relations, including coordinating media appearances.

Any other related administrative roles that may be assigned to you.

The Services required are set out as follows: 

• Maintain the general cleanliness of school environment and upkeep of school facilities. 
• Provide support for routine operational tasks including day-to-day opening/closing of school. 
• Carry out logistical support for routine and ad hoc school events and activities, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment. 
• Assist in the school’s safety, security and crisis preparedness activities, ag. arming and disarming of school alarm system, reporting faults in school premise in a timely manner. 
• Any other duties assigned.

· Build a strong friendship with the parents and students and impact them positively

· Support on day-to-day centre activities/ ad hoc events and initiatives where necessary

· Communicate and update parents on children’s progress

· Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times

· Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and centre

· School Term Working Hours - Mon - Fri: 11am to 7.30pm

· During School Holidays Hours - Rotating Shifts (Morning / Afternoon)
