We are looking for candidate that is passionate about coffee, has a great attitude and must have experience with high quality beverages and/or customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient café operations.
2. Exhibit proficiency in brewing espresso, frothing milk, grinding coffee beans, and preparing coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
3. Handle cashiering responsibilities and assist with basic food heating tasks.
4. Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, replenishing supplies, and organizing new stock.
5. Adhere to food safety regulations and uphold high-quality standards.
6. Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends and public holidays, and ensure an equitable distribution of workload among team members.
Requirements:
- Food Safety Level 1 certification.

- At least 1 year of relevant barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
