The Service Crew is responsible for taking customers’ orders in a restaurant setting, answering questions on meal items, making recommendations on meal bundles, serving food/beverages to customers, performing cashiering duties and helping out with clearing plates and dishwashing. At times, the Service Crew may be required to prepare food.

Role & Responsibilities

• Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks
• Handle front-of-house duties such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks,
• Handle back-of-house duties such as food preparation in kitchen
• Daily housekeeping in dining and kitchen areas, food waste disposal

• Minimum Diploma or A Level or O Level qualification.
• Coach primary school homeworks
• Conduct lessons using in-house material (especially Primary 3 & 4 Science and Primary 5 English)

Responsibilities:

• Provide products training to distributors and customers
• Guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
• Provide service report and recommend spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/certificates in Engineering with relevant experience in construction machinery industry.
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
