Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible to the Head of Learning & Development for all coordination and conduct of functional training programs, management of standards and procedures for operations in his/her assigned business unit. Job Descriptions

• Coordinating and attending to all guest service operations and information requests from guests
• Greet, receive and bid farewell to guests at the front reception counter.

Responsibilities:
