Main Objective:

The Manager, HR Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing HR operations across the APAC region. Reporting to the HR Director, APAC, this position will be responsible for driving HRIS implementation and administration, payroll management, and draft employee handbooks and policies across all APAC locations.

• Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees on policy interpretation and implementation.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to HRIS, payroll, and employment laws across APAC countries, proactively addressing compliance risks.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
