7. Work with Trust and Safety teams to protect TikTok globally.

Qualifications

What you should have:

- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);

- At least 7 years of relevant experience, familiar with C++/Go/Java program development (at least one), striving for high-quality code and focusing on the technical quality of the code.

- Highly proficient in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: Java, Python, C++ Go, PHP, pursue high-quality code and focused on code engineering quality

- At least 1 year of experience in Technical Lead Management or People Management

- Good communication skills, able to lead and drive projects effectively.

- Familiar with team and project management methodologies and approaches.

Responsibilities
