• Overall responsibility for all site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
• Monitor, measure and report upon the performance of all specialist contractors in terms of their ability to carry out the work against the agreed contractual budget.
• Lead and Manage meetings regularly with contractors, specialist vendors and suppliers to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below expectations.
• Lead daily cadence meetings, monthly operation meeting and quarterly business review with UOB
• Ensure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment.
• Assist/support the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the site.
• Ensure asset information is maintained and changes updated within the CMMS.
• Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation is performed in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.

Ideal Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or constructions services.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
• Resourceful, analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client, client stakeholders and vendor staff
• Possess Data Centre Certifications such as CDCP, CDFOS, CDFOM and any relevant DC certifications
• Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
• Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of reports.

The Role:

In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries within the data center. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of equipment to ensure compliance with inventory controls and managing the movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting devices. Working within a ticket-based environment, you will also handle the secure destruction of data-bearing devices, such as hard drives and solid-state drives.

Additionally, you will oversee material movement, including shipping and receiving, while managing inventory. Your role will involve tactical management tasks during your shift, such as prioritizing ticket queues, resolving escalations, and addressing issues to ensure the seamless delivery of inventory and asset activities in line with Microsoft's internal policies and service level agreements. Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse management. You should be capable of frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance. Effective communication skills are vital, as you will need to communicate clearly in both written and oral English to support regional and global teams. A strong desire to learn and develop new technical skills is also important for success in this role. Candidates with a diploma or degree in IT or Computer Engineering, along with a year of experience in IT support and monitoring, will be preferred, although fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Requirements
