· Responsible for the APAC (China, Taiwan, Japan & Korea) Distribution Revenue Budget

· Work with Regional Directors to achieve Revenue at GEO level through Distribution

What you will be working on

You will be involved in administering retirement-related withdrawal schemes. This includes overseeing Ordinary and Special Account (OSA) withdrawals for members reaching age 55, facilitating Retirement Account (RA) withdrawals through pledging, managing lump-sum withdrawals once members reach the PEA threshold, and handling exemptions for various conditions.

In this role, you will:

· Assist the Section Head in supervising a team of Managers and Executives responsible for the daily operations of retirement withdrawal schemes.

· Lead the team in navigating complex operations, managing incidents, and addressing appeals from CPF members, while seeking solutions beyond the CPF system and adjusting resource plans as needed.

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team to develop, drive, and manage a robust Leadership Development (LD) curriculum under School of Leadership and Management Operations. This includes addressing leadership development needs across various management levels, from junior supervisors to Senior Management and high-potential employees, aligning with the strategic demands of the organisation and the Whole-of-Government (WOG) Leadership Competency framework.

As member of our R&D team, the person will work on applications of AI & machine learning to solve large-scale business problems in retail and supply chain management, collaborating with both colleagues and partner organizations in Singapore and abroad.

Responsibilities:

● Work with other team members (both in Singapore and abroad) to understand our clients’ current pain points and how AI/machine learning can be applied to improve their bottom line. This can include discussions with people from a variety of backgrounds (marketing, logisctics, etc.).

● Work with the team and partner organizations to develop proofs-of-concept of solutions, present it to our clients, and develop approved POCs into complete applications for production use.

● Work with the team on continuous improvement of internal practices.

Requirements:

● At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.

● Preferably 4 years (Senior) or 6 years (Principal) of experience in machine learning system development.

● Hands-on technical experience in at least two full cycles of AI/ML-based software projects that require high reliability and use large amounts of data (from initial requirements gathering to project completion/go live and maintenance.

● Experience in software development project involving external clients is a big plus.

● Experience working in a geographically distributed team is a plus.

● Working knowledge of AI/ML, particularly in one of the following areas: time series forecasting, computer vision, LLM, or routing optimization. This includes trade-offs related to system design, algorithm, and evaluation metrics.

● Good understanding of software engineering, including:

- Requirements gathering and documentation practices

- Architectural decisions and trade-offs, particularly in context of Python code and cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure)

- Use of supporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and test automation tools

- CI/CD practices

- Best practices for development/deployment using cloud services.

● Proficiency in Python and libraries related to data processing and AI/ML. Proficiency in at least one additional popular programming language (e.g., Java, R) is a big plus.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to clearly explain technical matters such as system design decisions to non-technical audiences.

● Experience working in projects that involve stakeholders with mixed backgrounds (technical/non-technical) or geographical locations will be a plus.

● Knowledge of MLOps is a plus.

● Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus to effectively communicate with Indonesian-speaking clients.

Primary Responsibility:

Specific Responsibilities:

Teaching and learning

• Identify and adopt the most effective active, creative teaching approaches for SJI International students in line with current best practice and the ethos of our school
• Work with other members of the Faculty to apply consistent standards in the following: curriculum planning and delivery; formative and summative assessment through classwork, homework and formal examination; standardisation and moderation of the examinations process
• Create a stimulating learning environment, including displays of student work
• Teach across the age and ability ranges of our Foundation IGCSE course, which consist of students in Grades 7 & 8.
• Adopt strategies and monitor teaching and learning activities to support individuals with learning needs in line with school policy and the Learning Development Department
• Ensure compliance with all rules regarding health and safety in the classroom
• Set and mark homework regularly in line with school and faculty policy
• Identify and teach study skills/strategies that will develop students' ability to work independently

Recording and assessment

• Set clear targets for raising achievement
• Collect and record assessment data
• Comply with established systems for identifying, assessing and reviewing student progress
• Develop an understanding of different learning needs and the importance of raising achievement among students
• Attend parent-student-teacher conferences and keep parents informed about their child's progress, both formally through regular assessments and reports, and informally through effective communication via email
