The Director, Product Management will be responsible for the technical and commercial development of Visa’s Flexible Credentials approach in AP, working in collaboration with Global Product Management to deliver an integrated, digital payment experience for consumers enabling multiple funding sources, and payment modes including, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Instalments, Loyalty points and more besides, to be linked together in a single digital-first experience. Visa has launched the first generation of Flex Credentials in AP and is committed to proliferating seamless, multi-account, digital access to payments via mobile form factors. What you will need:
We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, is results-driven and client-focused. As a candidate, you should have:

• 12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
• Previous experience in payment is a mandatory requirement for this role. It would be preferred if the candidate has worked with cross functional team, fintech, big-tech or has lead creation of new payment ecosystem from ground-up.
• Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset when developing solutions while having a strong commercial understanding of a network business and application of leading payment technologies.
• Proven track record for growing new business, exceptional stakeholder skills and a market-focused approach and, challenge and inspire colleagues.
