Job Description:

• Close communication with projects to reflect PD/SPM’s intention for the project and establish Contracts management policy/tactics in line with PD/SPM’s intention.
• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverable.
• Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,
• Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in written notices eg. extension-of-time (EOT) , change order, etc.
• Ensure procurement/award for permanent works is in accordance to approved procurement schedule, with the correct scope of works.
• Interpret contractual clauses and prepare contractual correspondences.
• Review all incoming and outgoing documents for any contractual implications.
• Performs costs estimates.
• Prepare and update cash flow charts.
• Identify variation works.
• Identify contractual and extension of time claims.
• Liaise with consultants QS on progress payments and variation orders.
• Estimate subcontractors’ final cost.
• Estimate Main Contract Final Account.
• Main Contract Final Account Settlement.
• Leads Contract Section in monthly routine works such as preparation of subcontract payment certificates, main contract claim etc.

Job Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Science, Building or Engineering.
• At least 20 years of experience in the procurement of civil projects and/or civil variation works.
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on design requirement
• Executive full set drawings for submission to customers and building management etc (3D Visuals, Layout plan, Elevation , Detail drawing, material board and etc)
• Able to find new material in the market trend.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma Interior Design / Architecture Qualification
• No experience but with Interior Design background are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max + Vray, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and microsoft office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials.
