• Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
• To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
• To participate in Mfg/Production Engineering activities to improve quality process, waste, efficiency and cost.
• To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time.

- Assist and support PRO Manager on the followings roles.

- Make necessary arrangements for meetings with Stakeholders, Occupiers, Town Councils etc.

- Working closely with LTA's Community Partnership Manager (CPM) for any preparation and dissemination of circulars and notices.

- Expeditiously and tactfully address feedback and/or complains received

- Record, compile and submit monthly report on all the complaints to the CPM.

- Attend LTA monthly meeting and taking minutes of meeting.

Job Requirement

- Min 3 years relevant working experience preferably in construction industry

Responsibilities

• Meet with client Senior management and perform Consultative Functional Design Assessment of a problematic business or operation situation through SIRI/COSIRI approaches.
• Understanding client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports ….) and to analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
• Formulate Yokogawa’s recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s requirements, capabilities and limitations.
• Work with client or field Subject Matter expertise to justify the project journey and initiate a sequence of events that will lead to the completion of the business transformation process.
• Involve in critical project milestones and help to resolve any occasional discrepancies.
• Act as the technical bridge between client and delivery – be the client’s trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Operation experience in process industry company and/or
• Smart Manufacturing/Digital Technical sales and consulting experience
• Ability to converse in English/Mandarin/Japanese and engage with client C-suite and business associates

Job Responsibilities

Operation Admin:

• Work closely with operations team for the filing and timely submission of accounts, other related documents and reports
• Registration and renewal of operations team passes and courses
• Maintain and update databases of sub-contractor, workers and site passes
• Posting of hardcopy test reports to clients
• Planning and purchasing of resources and consumables for the operations teams.

Accounts: (Reporting scope is done by an Accountant)

• Data entry of vendor invoices
• Preparation of invoice using Xero accounting system.
• Filing and overseeing of vendor documents
• Follow-up and managing Purchase Order
• Processing of staff claims

General Admin:

• Attend to walk-in and phone calls enquiries.
• Document monitoring and filing
• With the Admin & HR team, be the goto personnel for any ad-hoc administrative duties, as and when required.

Requirements

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Xero accounting system or similar is a plus.
• Hands-on and a positive attitude
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Work days / timing: Monday to Friday / 8.00am to 5.45pm.
