As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead and oversee multiple teams of engineers dedicated to advancing our IAM platform. Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent industry experience
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with 7+ years of hands-on technical leadership and 7+ years of experience managing development teams
• Previously managed teams of engineers with ownership of high scale, production systems
• Experienced in one or more of the tech stacks and tools that includes AWS, Golang, C#, Python, Java etc
• Experienced in creating telemetry for the service using Splunk, New Relic, Datadog or their equivalents
• Skilled in big picture thinking and a willingness to learn and dive into unfamiliar systems and resolve complex and ambiguous issues both from a business and technical perspective
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments, with a focus on iterative improvement and flexibility
• Proven ability to define and drive the technical vision and strategic direction for complex platforms
• Proven track record of leading large engineering teams with a focus on cloud-based services
• Experience in driving technical excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, practices, and methodologies
• Have insights about common engineering practice challenges and had experience of leading team to fix/improve them

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects
