Position

Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. This includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. It is the department most directly exposed to the bank’s financial operations.

As an Principal Engineering Architect, you will be working within the Architecture & Innovation team with a primary mandate to provide architecture guidance as part of the Design Authority. In additional to the gatekeeper role, there is a secondary mandate to accompany local teams to define strategic roadmaps, animate the engineer leadership, and create technical architecture and pattern, domain models, technical strategy.

Main responsibilities

As part of the IS Strategy the Principal Engineering Architect coordinates the elaboration of the IS Strategy, in partnership with the Head of IT Division and the Head of division. You ensure its consistency with the global CMI and GMD IS Strategy and its execution within CMI – led by CMI Architecture Team.

To reach this objective, you chair the Technical Community, composed of the Technical leaders of his IT Division. You will be contributing to CMI technical strategy definition as well as technical foundations. The Senior Chemical Engineer will work on designing, tendering, and monitoring the installation of bulk chemical and high purity chemical systems for industrial facilities in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. The Senior Chemical Engineer will collate the client’s capacity requirements and specifications and prepare the conceptual design, make a detailed design for system capacity, configuration, schematic, P&ID, PFD, layout, distribution, and system parameters, and prepare documents like the scope of work, reports, pecifications, standards, logistics, and detailed drawings for tender.

The Prospective Candidate will review proposals from contractors and continue to support them during installation when required. Job Description:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and manage the annual budgeting process for the construction projects and the overall company.

Collaborate with project managers and department heads to establish project budgets and track actual costs against budgeted amounts.

Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.

Create financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

Oversee job cost accounting processes, including tracking project costs, labor, materials, and overhead expenses.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and contractual requirements specific to the construction industry.

Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits, responding to audit inquiries and implementing audit recommendations.

Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions and contracts.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred

Have at least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis.

Familiarity with construction accounting practices, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and contract management.

Understanding of project-based accounting and the ability to handle job cost analysis, work in progress (WIP), and project billing.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, executives, and external parties.

Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as tax regulations and construction contract requirements.

This role will be part of the operation team, making decisions that have long term (5+ years) impact in strategic plans / goals. This role is to observe and support daily operations at Manufacturing production lines, as well as to support in yield analysis & improvement and conduct meeting with manufacturing/quality for containment and corrective action to ensure line connection and yield recovery.

What you will do

• Investigate / conduct failure analysis on production and process related issues
• Establish Process Statistical monitoring on each process and action plan if process is out of control
• Ensuring compliance for Production & Process Control e.g. PFMEA / EHS risk assessment, Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ) and Work Instructions update
• Communicate, coordinate manufacturing training and work instruction implementation for process (CR)/engineering (ECO) change
• Support alternate/2nd source component qualification for engineering trial and implementation of other Strategic Projects
• Participate in cost saving project in ECM (Electronic Component Manufacturing)

What you bring

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in medical device / electronics / semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience in SMT / PCBA (Surface Mount Technology / Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing process is required
• Knowledge in Lean and /or Six Sigma methodologies and related Problem Solving Techniques (i.e. DMAIC, Fishbong Diagram, 5 why analysis, etc.) is preferred
• Knowledge of using statistical software and process simulation tools (i.e. MINITAB, JMP etc.)
• Experience in writing protocols for process validation (i.e. IQ, OQ and PQ)
• Other relevant skills including good documentation practices, attention to details, stakeholder managing ability and working with cross-functional teams

• Ensuring that materials meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with quality control teams to address any issues related to material quality.
• Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, and construction teams. Coordinating with different departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials to the construction site.
• Resolving issues related to material shortages, delays, or quality concerns. Implementing contingency plans to address unexpected challenges in the supply chain.
• Maintaining detailed records of material transactions, orders, and deliveries. Generating reports on material usage, costs, and inventory levels for project management.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement in material planning and procurement. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct routine inspection and evaluates their condition and recommend proper execution during work activities.

- Prepare project schedule and presentation of project.

- Lead the kick of meeting.

- Resposible of project management and quality control.

- Prepare & review Civil and Structural drawing.

- Prepare Quantity Take-off of Civil and Structural Materials for BOQ.

- Prepare bid documents for Civil and Structural Project.

- Witness Dimensional Checking during erection & construction.

- Control and check all fabrication activities.

- Maintain welder performances and welders repair.

- Conduct final walk through inspection and monitor rectification of final punch list item. Safety aspects on construction is defined in safety assurance, procedure and thoroughly implemented.

Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years Experiences in Civil and Structural sector in SG process plant.

Job Description:

• Setup, install and configure IT hardware and software.
• Support, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents encountered by end-users with their computers and applications.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Perform any other IT-related support activities, as required.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and setup skills in computer hardware and software.
• Good communication skill and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
