Scope
The candidate we are looking for must possess strong communication and people-to-people skills. You will be the spokesperson of the management and you will be communicating effectively with staff to achieve the companyโs HR objectives. You should possess the administrative and procedural knowledge of local statutory institutions necessary for the human resource operation of a company in Singapore. You will be the lead in our companyโs HR matters like recruitment efforts, compliance, governance, renewal and update of HR policies, elimination of employment doubts and management of employee leave, off, tax matters as well as matters pertaining to employment of foreigners under Singaporeโs payroll. Because you will be part of the finance headcount, this role will require you to partake in simple finance-supporting functions such as petty cash and accounts receivable.
Scope and Responsible:
HR Functions
ยท Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, termination, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep of employee records, training courses, corporate introductions, staff training, company events, staff communication and staff welfare.
ยท Spearheaded recruitment efforts such as understanding hirerโs needs, posting job advertisements, recruitment strategy, scheduling job interviews, assisting in the interview process, handling new staff's onboarding, exit clearance, etc.
ยท Handle all administrative matters related but not limited to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, childcare leave, or parental leave claims.
ยท Review, update, ensure compliance, and communicate across the company our HR policies.
ยท Review, propose and align our HR policies to local laws.
ยท In charge of IRAS Reporting - AIS, IR21, IR8a, Appendix 8a.
ยท Liaise with the Insurance company about staff movement and maintaining office & staff insurance, workman compensations & other government-compliant regulations.
ยท Employee travels, accommodation booking and claims.
ยท Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Accounting Support Functions
ยท Perform various accounting-related simple duties such as Petty Cash, staff claims and payments.
ยท Data Entry & Updating of Systems
ยท Assist the Senior Accounts Executive in providing other business reports and/or tracking as required.
ยท To assist in the preparation of the quarterly GST report.
ยท To assist in the preparation of schedules for audit and financial statements
Requirements:
ยท Candidate must possess at least a minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration.
ยท Proficiency & fluency in the English language is mandatory.
ยท 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
ยท Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, good communication and presentation skills and Resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
. Knowledge and experience in using SAP B1 and SME Payroll will be an added advantage.
ยท Familiar with relevant local statutory regulations.
ยท Strong IT skills โ Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word
ยท Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
