• Assess subcontractor/ supplier QA arrangements for compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in civil or construction engineering and above
• Min 1 year experience as QA/QC Engineer

Electrical Engineer

• Manage all electrical works on design, procurement and Testing & commissioning at the project site
• Prepare electrical installations for approval submissions of drawings and method statements to clients in accordance with contractors and suppliers drawings and materials
• Design and supervise electrical works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
• Provide solutions for electrical issues, seek approval from client and implement executions of solutions
• Attend site meetings & provide progressive site updates to management
• Work collaboratively with project team to ensure the smooth completion of the project
• Review and manage different stages of project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to design development for integrated development projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Discipline recognised by Professional Engineers Board or equivalent
• Min 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess 22KV LEW (Grade 9) licence issued by the EMA Singapore
• Dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active able to work independently and a team player
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Description:

• Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
• Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
• Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
• Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
