• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all related M&E equipment in a timely and cost effective manner (Electrical Systems/ HVAC Systems/ Plumbing);
• Carry out testing and commissioning of electrical systems/components;
• To liaise with site leader/site supervisor/clients/contractors for M&E works;
• Supervise other maintenance works executed by vendors/contractors;
• Inspect and collect data and evaluate potential hazards of the work place to ensure safety regulations are in place;
• To liaise with site leader/ site supervisor/ clients/ contractors for M&E works;
• Performs all works in accordance with established safety procedures;
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Mechanical and Electrical will be in advantage;
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for the position;
• Proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage;
• Speak with Clients and Supervisor, ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
