About the Role:

As our Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success by focusing on three core objectives:

Enhancing Market Presence and Direct-to-Consumer Engagement:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Spearhead digital channels, e-commerce platforms, and social media efforts to sell our products directly to end consumers.
• Organize and participate in local farmers' markets, pop-up shops, and community events to promote our products and engage with consumers.

Expanding Distribution Channels:

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, and broaden our distribution network.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on sales, distribution expansion, and partnership activities to management.

Engaging Key Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with local communities and government bodies to promote our brand, mission, and values.
• Execute CSR initiatives and educational programs to raise awareness about sustainable agriculture and local production.
• Actively contribute to industry associations and forums to represent our brand and engage in the ongoing dialogue on sustainable farming practices.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated individual with:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and social media platforms.
• Willing to try new thing.
• A strong design sense and sensibility, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful content.
• A genuine passion for farming, fresh and safe food, and making an impact in the food and wellness industry.
• An outgoing personality and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work closely with the sales team to facilitate successful outcomes.

We are currently looking for Project Controls/Planning Lead to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier identification, supplier sourcing/selection, negotiation, agreement and supplier performance
• Monitor procurement processes as well as controlling of resources and activities in support of quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Perform part cost structure analysis to achieve best price based on required specification
• Ensure that RFP/RFQ for both indirect and direct sourcing is established.
• Supplier profile and material info record (e.g. price, lead time, payment term, MOQ/SPQ) management into relevant systems
• Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets
• Coordination between internal and external stakeholders with selected suppliers on necessary technical information, etc drawings, specification/data sheets, schematic, STEP files, to ensure the alignment in costing and delivered materials
• Assist engineering team to find and develop suitable supplier candidates
• Clarify to supplier on price discrepancy topic between invoice and agreed price
• Must have MRO/Direct purchasing experience.

We are looking for Structural Fitters to build and maintain Pipe and Structural Systems.

The selected candidate will get to read blueprints, set specifications, lay out plans for fabrication and installation.

Candidate should be able to use mechanical tools following safety guidelines. Ideally with experience in construction sector and installation of structures with different materials (steel etc.)

Preferably have strong numerical and communication skills and one will find great excitement in seeing the systems built and commissioned.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints to understand requirements
• Set and modify specifications
• Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations
• Must know gas cutting and welding (Basic welding)
• Must have basic knowledge fit-up inspection
• Must have on-site work experience
• Use and maintain tools
• Collaborate with other workers (e.g. welder, painters) to produce finished constructions
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment (e.g. goggles)

Requirements

• Proven experience as Structural fitter
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines when dealing with dangerous equipment or chemicals
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
