Job Descriptions

• Assist the department head of Quality in the implementation of and maintenance of the Company Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 13485 standard and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist the department head of Quality to coordinate external audits conducted by customers and notified/ regulatory bodies. Work with various departments to ensure timely closure of any audit findings or observations.
• Coordinate Engineering Change activities in compliance with Engineering Change procedure and ensure correct revision of drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Ensure all quality documents and records are kept in compliance with Document Control and Record Control procedures.
• Conduct New Employees’ Orientation (NEO) Training on Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Good Documentation Practice and Data integrity, Document Control and Record Control.
• Consolidate quality data, quality issues and trends for monthly quality metrics reporting.
• Assist department Head of Quality to prepare Management Review semi-annually.
• Track CAPA and any actions arising from Internal Audit, coordinate with responsible parties to ensure timely closure of action items.
• Liaise with 3rd party Notification or Regulatory Bodies for certification and regulatory activities. Track and monitor Regulatory Bodies, such as FDA/ HAS for regulatory updates or any changes to their requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in quality management systems and applications.
• Knowledge and experience working within a regulated and structured environment.
• Work experience as Quality System Executive in a medical device manufacturing environment. (Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior Quality System Executive position)
• Experience with handling ISO13485 audit as an auditee

Skills :

• ISO13485 Internal Auditor
• Root cause analysis (Kepner- Tregoe, 5-Why, 6M etc)
• Problem solving techniques (eg: DMAIC/8D/PDCA/A3 application in continuous improvement)
• Competent with general PC and office software application
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Description:

· Lead I&C engineering teams in multiple projects within the organization with management of local and remote team setups.

· Drive team’s performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contractual requirements are met and also ensure continuous improvement activities are implemented across teams.

· Develops and maintains customer relations, obtains feedback and provides state-of-the-art solutions to meet customer expectations and deliver project objectives.

· Provide I&C related engineering support during the bidding phase and support the sales team with technical presentations to customers.

· Work together with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure that approved suppliers and their needed services and equipment are planned and streamlined to support the engineering execution.

· Conduct reviews of Engineering design and deliverables with the team and ensures that engineering teams are adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs.

· Active participation in providing financial plans, manpower estimation and budget estimation for engineering deliverables with close collaboration with Sales and Sales support team

Requirements

· At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the Power, Water and Process Industry for customer facing experience in ICA

· Hands-on Technical expertise in defining and implementing engineering applications and solutions with Instrumentation, Control and Automation systems

· Preparation of Engineering schedule, Engineering man hour estimation for complete project, Gated review of Engineering documents like Design Basis report, P&ID, Instrument sizing and selection criteria, I&C Layout drawing, 4Q Analysis, Standardization, Bill of Materials, review and estimation of installation and testing, commissioning scope etc.

· Preparation of Control and Automation sequences, logic development and deep understanding of simple to complex control system architectures and related topologies

· Good knowledge of advanced control application including digital solutions i.e. cyber security, process optimizations etc.

· Minimum 6 years’ experience of running remote engineering and operations center at regional or global levels.

Skills

· EPC, Engineering center & Manufacturing background

· Good Knowledge in International standards in particular IEC

· Knowledge of process, P&ID and complete C&I.

· Complete knowledge of cable, cable tray layout, schedule and engineering tools.
