Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
3. Experience developing web and mobile applications
4. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Bootstrap 5.0
5. Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript frameworks
6. Familiarity with databases: MS-SQL, MySQL and UI/UX design
7. Understanding Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc.
8. Team player with good communication skills
9. Demonstrates high attention to detail, clear communication & problem-solving skills
10. Experience in .NET Framework, EF will be preferred
11. Experience in CMS and Dashboard development is an advantage
12. Ability to learn and adapt to dynamic changing environment and technologies
13. With minimum 3-years of proven development experience in custom-built ecommerce platform (B2B or B2C) is preferred.
14. Experience using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello etc., is a plus
15. Self-initiated and able to work independently on the project modules.

The role will work independently to source for new suppliers according to Direct & Indirect requirements.

Person should possess knowledge and experience in:

• Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate Terms and Conditions of Purchase with suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations, create competitive advantage for best price, lead time and delivery terms
• Prepare and execute contracts as well as perform post-award administration (eg. Negotiating, issuing change orders, and contract close-outs.)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company’s guidelines and policies
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or regulatory issues.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and manages cost reduction activities to achieve annual cost reduction KPIs
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address any performance issues.
• Understand the concept of Purchase Requisition, Sourcing, quotation evaluation, till Purchase order placement to Supplier.
• Provide regular updates to management on procurement metrics and performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a Strategic Sourcing in Direct and / or Indirect procurement business environment, knowledge in DCS and other Engineering industry Sourcing and Procurement.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CPP-B (Certified Procurement Professional - Basic) or similar are a plus.
• Deliverable-focused, self-motivated with a mindset to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience in SAP / HANA / Ariba and other Procurement system / software is an added advantage.
• Expert in Excel / BI report knowledge.
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and open to changes.
• Excellent communicator able to demonstrate communicating effectively with senior management, supplier, and internal stakeholder.
