Participate in business blueprints and designs for in-house business applications and ensuring -

• appropriate cross-functions and cross-affiliates reviews of such business blueprints
• the maximum level of global and region standardization that is possible
• adherence to corporate governance framework
• the processes are efficient across business functions and does not impede other functions from carrying out their activities after implementation.
• Liaise with BPOs to ensure the blueprints and designs are appropriate and suitable to address operational needs whilst ensuring such business blueprints adhere to corporate governance framework.
• Work with BPOs to develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of business application implementation.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.

Review and implement appropriate in-house business application software change requests:

Review change requests received from users with BAM to ensure that such change requests are appropriate and suitable for operational needs whilst ensuring -

• the maximum level of global and region standardization that is possible
• adherence to corporate governance framework
• the processes are efficient across business functions and doesn’t impede other functions from carrying out their activities after implementation.
• Work with BPOs in reviewing business blueprint deviations and amendment the change requests or business process with requestors, users and BAM.
• Develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of change requests implementation.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.

Provide post-implementation support to super-users:

• Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.
• Create and implement programs on-boarding new users by providing the appropriate trainings in usage of the business applications.
• Adequately address “how-to” queries from end-users.
• Adequately support users in handling complex transactions in the business applications.
• Escalate to BAM, cases that requires BAM intervention.

Review and develop any process enhancements and improvements.

Regularly review business processes (independent of any in-house business application softwares) with BPOs to improve on -

• Process efficiency
• Address corporate governance concerns
• Address external regulatory concerns
• Work with BPOs to develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of business processes changes implementation.

• IT Engineer to support customer storage projects , including delivery & change solution review, and major issue management.

• Plan and design storage technical solutions and communicate with customers, such as storage related backup/disaster recovery technical solution low level design, service delivery plan.

• To implement storage related solutions successfully, including but not limited to storage configuration, data migration, storage disaster solution provisioning.

• To manage storage system and support Routine maintenance operations include patch upgrades and routine changes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Mainstream vendors in SAN storage environment

• Good experience of storage with hands on configuration experience

• Storage data migration experience

• Familiar with disaster recovery and backup solutions, and data migration solutions of storage.

• Basics understanding of OS concepts such as Windows/ Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, Solaris, AIX etc.).

Development of technical specifications for HV/MV/LV electrical equipment in compliance with international standards and project specifications for onshore and offshore process modules.

• Perform technical bid evaluation of vendor technical offers, manage vendor deviations, make technical negotiations and align with project requirements for electrical equipment including but not limited to motor, generator, transformer, distribution board, variable frequency drive, soft starter, heat tracing, power cable and accessory systems.
• Make design calculations not limited to fault level, lighting design, cable sizing, heat tracing, and equipment sizing calculations for battery/battery charger/MCC.
• Generate electrical bulk MTO for the modules under battery limits.
• Coordinate with 3D/2D designers to make cable tray layout, electrical equipment layout, integration documents, interconnection diagram, single line, schemes as per project requirement.
• Perform technical review of the layouts, drawings and documents prepared by designers and drafters.
• Review and develop technical deviations for project specifications, coordination with customer.
• Prepare material requisition and make purchase request for procurement per project requirement.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary engineers, ensuring timely engineering inputs and manage dependencies, deliver documentation per schedule.

Position is based in Batam, Indonesia. Candidate should have the relevant certifications in CompEx, ETAP etc.
