Responsibilities:

A. Accounts & Finance

• Perform full sets of accounts such as AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, Accruals, Prepayments, Deposits, Journal Entries, Disbursement and others

• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast, budgeting and forecasting

• Manage and oversee overall accounting functions of Finance and Accounts department to ensure smooth operation of the department

• Preparation of full set of Management Reports and Financial Statements for selected companies in the Group such as Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement and disclosure notes in accordance to IFRS Standards.

• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, handle intercompany transactions based on the company reporting timelines

• Performance of basic financial analysis (e.g. Actual versus Prior Year / Budgets) on main P&L line items for discussion with management on a monthly basis

• Preparation of accurate and timely tax and audit submissions as well as being the main point of contact for all tax (GST, Corporate Tax, Property Tax, etc.) and statutory audit matters

• Mentor, guide and train junior staff members on accounting procedures and software usage

• Prepare and calculate for GST, ECI, and Corporate Income / Property Tax

• Oversee annual external statutory audits and provide support to ensure the audits are completed before the statutory filing deadline

• Act on corporate secretarial matters

B. Human Resource Management

• Prepare Monthly Payrolls

• Preparation and filing of Employees CPF and IR21 / IR8A

C. Administration

• Prepare and submit AGM and other secretarial duties

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or ACCA Qualification

• More than 5 years of relevant working experience

• Proficiency in Pivot Table and Vlookup and other MS Office Suites

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, sense of ownership of his/her job

• Able to work in team or individual assignment and can work under pressure and multiple sets of priorities

• Execute assembling and disassembling works on heavy-duty vehicles such as; electronic control units, cable harnesses, sensors, actuators, etc.
• Diagnose electrical errors by using OEM-provided diagnosis computer or execute technical assessments on failing systems and determine proper corrective repair solutions.
• Execute retrofitting tasks by using provided technical drawings and SOW.
• Use recourses such as sales programs, and electronic parts catalogues to source and find information such as spare part numbers and workshop repair information.
• Use special tools to perform repairs more efficiently.
• Follow the work instructions of the manufacturer by using the repair and service manual.
• Carefully handling workshop equipment and personalized tools.
• Housekeeping, maintaining quality service and safety procedures. Undertake any other duties as consistent with the position
• Attend to diesel/heavy mechanic related jobs (repairing and maintenance)
• Troubleshooting and testing
• Perform preventive maintenance for vehicles

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Review the quality manuals, inspection & test plans
2. Review fabrication and erection procedures
3. Review of welding procedure specification, procedure qualification records, welder and welding operator qualification records
4. Pre-inspection meeting and audit of fabricator facilities/plants
5. Review of material test certificates/records, verify or inspect materials and witness pre-treatment processes
6. Witness the mechanical test conducted by accredited laboratory
7. Witness cutting/edge joint preparations, verify joint geometry and inspect fit-out condition prior to welding
8. Verify that welding processes are carried out in accordance with the approved welding procedures, codes/standards and relevant documents
9. Perform visual inspection and verify dimensional records
10. Select weld joints for testing & witness non-destructive testing and assess all results
11. Witness blasting and galvanising processes
12. Inspect painting and galvanising works
13. Identify & verify completed structural members and witness the handling of these members onto lorry/truck for delivery to site
14. Inspect delivered structural members for damage due to handling and transportation
15. Inspect the assembly of structural members at erection site prior to welding
16. Verify all welding procedures and welder qualification records on erection site
17. Witness procedure trial of stud welding process
18. Inspect all weld & bolt tightening
19. Select weld for testing and witness the erection site NDT
20. Inspect all remaining site painting and witness repairing of all protective treatment works
21. Perform inspection on piping and equipment at refineries and chemical plant
22. Conduct welding procedure qualification test and welder performance test
23. Perform corrosion inspection on steel structures, piping and plant equipment
24. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

1. Minimum NDT Level II Certificates (PT / UT / MT / RT)
2. Minimum. 1-2 years of relevant experiences in Oil and Gas plant
3. Minimum API 510 Certified Pressure Vessel Inspector
4. Minimum API 570 Certified Piping Inspector
5. Minimum CSWIP – 3.2.2 Senior welding Inspector
6. Minimum BGAS – Grade 2 – Painting Inspector
7. Minimum ASNT Radiographic Testing/ Ultrasonic Testing/ Liquid Penetrant Testing/ Magnetic Particle Testing – Level 2
8. Good interpersonnel skills and communication skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Location: Loyang (Pick up transport from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok)

Monday to Friday
Work hours: 8am to 5.30pm
