• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and security.
• Monitor network performance and address any issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation, scheduling, and data entry.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and service agreements.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT tools, software applications, and best practices.
• Share technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The ideal candidate for the role will possess:

• Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of proven experience providing level 2 support to users
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve the IT-related issues
• Experience in supporting Microsoft product like Office365, Outlook, etc is preferable
• Have good knowledge on firewall preferable

Job Descriptions:

• The candidate will be responsible to penetrate new market and expand market share; formulate sales plan and meet the annual budget set.
• He/She is also responsible to liaise with our customers on their solution needs and after sales need. This includes providing quotations to customers, sales report generation, project management and sales presentations.

Job Requirements:

• A degree or diploma holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in selling Air/Gas transfer technology such as Compressor, Blower and/or Vacuum pumps, with some on site experience in commissioning and troubleshooting skills.
• Good Salesmanship and possesses good knowledge in Air Products.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to read P&ID is a must.
• Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.

Project Support:

Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

Continuously learn and explore project management methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance management efficiency.

Communication, Coordination, and Reporting:

Facilitate effective communication between project teams and the PMO.

Assist in creating presentations and reports for senior management.
