Duties :

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers to help them solve the software issues during usage.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SCADA software platforms and knowledge in router, firewall, network switch
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, RTU/TCP, OPCDA/UA, FTP/SFTP/ OPCDA/UA)
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems commands, and MySQL database commands.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to be able to communicate with China counterparts

Responsibilities

• Involved in day to day Operation of Premise Exchange and O365 services
• Solid experience in handling IT Enterprise Infrastructure Management.
• Responsible for providing day-to-day Microsoft on-prem Exchange, Exchange Online, Intune, Mail Relay and SMTP email operational support to internal customers
• Experience in managing IT Infrastructure.
• Support Projects such as Migration and Intune Deployment.

Requirements
