Mitra Engineering Services is focused on the sale, installation and maintenance of Industrial Air Filtration Equipment which eliminates dust & other airborne containments. This preserves worker health & safety, while maximizing operational productivity & cleanliness.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to sell industrial air filtration equipment.

Identify and target potential customers through market research.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct on-site visits to assess filtration needs and provide solutions

To undertake preliminary design & technical review of systems proposed

Prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals.

To liaise with customers on delivery and installation.

To liaise with customers on after sales service & replacement parts.

To carry out marketing and lead generation.

To develop new business opportunities

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowances

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30

Requirements

Min Education Background: Polytechnic Diploma

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background preferred

Strong technical knowledge

Possess own transport (transport allowance provided)

Must be eager to learn and can work independently

Prior sales experience in industrial equipment, dust control, blasting, HVAC systems etc.

The Job:

• Crane Operations on site
• Moving of building materials / constructions materials
• Performing risk assessment to ensure that operations are carried out safely
• Highlighting and rectifying unsatisfactory conditions to the respective in-charge
• Coordination with other site workers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HDB Project
• Have PPVC licence / Luffing Licence / Saddle Licence
• Should be able to work at Sungei Tengah site office (Bt Batok)
• Freelance Contractors welcome

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure that support data-driven applications and analytics
• Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to collect and transform data from various sources into a usable format
• Design and develop data models that support business requirements and data analysis
• Ensure the security, quality, and integrity of data by implementing data governance policies and procedures
• Work with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation of data architecture, data models, and data infrastructure
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data engineering processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, data modeling, and data architecture
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS is an advantage
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is an advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:
