As a customer service officer at our health-retail setting clinic, you will be the first point of contact of our patients.

The following will be your major responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone.
• Bringing patients on a first-time tour of the clinic.
• Maintaining prompt and accurate records of all data, appointments, services done and transactions in our CRM.
• Keeping up-to-date on e-mails and tele-records.
• Calling and scheduling appointments for patients and following up with them, especially for missed visits or no-shows.

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of local experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in BIM software / tools
• Working experience in Revit is preferred
