Working days: Work 4 days per week including both weekends

Working Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm

Responsibility:

• Handle operational matters, collaborating with the sales team for effective sales fulfillment.
• Generate Sales Orders, call center, and online orders.

The Quality Assurance/Quality Management Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet regulatory requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include:

Quality Control:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and safety of all food products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities, storage areas, and distribution channels to identify any quality issues or deviations from standards.
• Monitor and analyze product samples, production processes, and equipment to detect any defects or abnormalities.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date on relevant food safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to quality assurance activities, inspections, and audits.

Supplier Management:

• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on their ability to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Training and Education:

• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of quality standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains within the quality management system.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and preventive measures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to drive innovation and excellence in quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management roles within the F&B industry, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO), and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

• Process claim application and reply to emails
• Checks for disbursement
• Exception handling and refunds
• Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
• Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
• Provide administrative support
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1) At least A level or Diploma holder

2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund

3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)

4) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information

5) Detailed and meticulous

6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines

7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
