You will work with the planning team to support the development of EGH. You will support the implementation of the operational models in line with the development of hospital services and care models and ensure that it is in accordance with the budget and guidelines. You will also develop end-user briefs, operations requirements, guidelines and work processes, organise workshops for user requirements gathering and test new models both virtually and on physical prototypes in the EGH Healthcare Living Lab. You will also support the operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT) plan of the hospital, attain the required compliance and licenses for the operations to commence, and facilitate meeting coordination with the various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in health-care related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience

You will work with the Nursing Lead to organise, drive and coordinate the development of the nursing care models and services, and ensure nursing development work plans are aligned with the other clinical departments and the hospital’s objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and establishment of a new hospital, overseeing the management of designated clinical services throughout the entire care continuum.
