The Assistant Project manager will be responsible for communicating directives from management to the team on the ground at construction sites when needed.

Safety codes, best practices, and regulations related to construction sites vary according to the region or type of project being undertaken under MOM rules and regulations.

When a construction project spills over the assigned budget, that shortfall cuts directly into your company’s profit margins. Creating accurate budgets for a project is the responsibility of your construction project manager, and to quote clients accurately, they should be able to precisely estimate contract costs.

These include labour costs, material costs, equipment costs, and other expenses. Construction project managers are also responsible for making sure the project stays on budget and working any unexpected expenses into the quoted plan.

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate connections with potential leads and clients by diligently following up and entering their information into our CRM system for streamlined management.
2. Proactively cultivate and expand relationships with leads, ensuring systematic tracking and qualification of these connections.
3. Engage in proactive follow-ups with leads to convert them into loyal customers of our brand.
4. Handle all incoming inquiries from both local and international customers via phone calls.
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including room types and amenities.
6. Utilize the property management system proficiently to address room availability, log special requests, and provide relevant information to customer inquiries.
7. Conduct training sessions for our agent partners worldwide and support live sales efforts at the property.
8. Offer consistent support and services through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, online chatbots, and social media platforms.
9. Proactively anticipate and address customer needs as they arise.
10. Meet service level agreement targets regarding response and follow-up times.
11. Achieve key customer service metrics, including maintaining professionalism during interactions and securing high customer satisfaction scores.
12. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding lead interactions and overall data analytics.
13. Compile reports detailing customer needs, interests, issues, and valuable feedback gathered during interactions.
14. Generate daily reports on room occupancy, lead inquiries, market feedback, and recommend strategies to enhance booking numbers.
15. Work closely with the marketing team to understand various campaigns, promotions, and marketing channels to effectively communicate with leads.

Required skills and attributes:

• Candidates with at least 2 - 4 years of experience and proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
• Exceptional verbal, reading, written, analytical and reasoning skills are a must
• Robust interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong Microsoft Power Point and Excel Skills desirable
• Have a customer-oriented (Anticipate and identify the needs of customers) mindset and an acumen for understanding and addressing customer needs and wants
• Experience with CRM/EDM software an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Accounts Assistant:

- Provides administrative and bookkeeping support for an accounting finance team.

- Duties include sending and paying Invoices, chasing late payments, reconciling company accounts, staff payroll and filing.
