Responsibilities

• Sales for new and used coaches, commercial vehicles and saloon cars
• Service and develop new customer accounts
• Arrange meetings with potential customers to propose for new business
• Provide consistent and follow-ups regularly with existing customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents, based on advice from Japan legal team.
• Research, analyse and interpret laws and regulations in legal documents.
• Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
• Prepare legal and management reports.
• Respond to all law-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Cooperate with Japan legal team on various projects, legal research and enforcement of company rules.
• Ensure adherence to company rules with regards to legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Law, Legal Executive
• Efficient administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to grasp and intepret legal documents
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• Prepare monthly reports,including project status & AR Aging status
• Prepare report of half year and full year results for Announcement and comply with deadline

Requirements

Finance Executive (1-year Contract)

Working Location: Somerset (until April 2024 before relocating to Paya Lebar)

Working Hours: 8 30 am - 6 pm (5 days work week)

Job Description:

• Handle financial/statutory and management reporting for the company and joint ventures
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports for the company
• Perform analytical reviews on management reports and investigate discrepancies against budget/forecast
• Perform all accounts payable and accounts receivable duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP system is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
