• Oversee the paper work required for importation and exportation.
• Keep track of the local stocks and overseas shipment arrival dates.
• Ensure the accuracy of goods arrivals (SKUs, quantities and shelf life etc) based on the agreed terms with supplier.
• Update the operation team on the shipment arrivals and stocks’ ready date for sale.

Marketing

• Prepare weekly update of channel marketing and price promotions reports for team meeting.
• Coordinate with different channels and suppliers for tactical marketing and price promotions.

Business Development

• Promptly supporting in listing new products and promotions as per agreement between KCT and channels.

The Reception cum Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, administering office stock, organising company records and more, to ensure that all administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager for Administration.

• Manages and places orders for office supplies (stationery, business cards etc.) for both the corporate office and hotel operations when necessary.
• Manages and places orders for all printed forms (eg, luggage tags, location cards, key card jackets etc) for hotel operations.
• Assists in the renewal of the required Properties Fire insurance & Public Liability Insurance, permits to operate lifts etc.
• Assists in liaising with vendors on office maintenance and repairs for lighting, telephony, IT services, furniture/fittings, office equipment, etc.
• Updates the corporate office on important notices such as the periodic fire evacuation drills, temporary electricity shutdown periods etc.
• Basic sourcing and cost comparison of vendors and goods & service providers.
• Distributes and dispatches correspondence (letters, invoices, packages etc).
• Assists in meeting room bookings as required.
• Manages reception counter.
• Any other adhoc duties required by the Senior Manager, Administration.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Programmes Executive. The Senior Programmes Executive will be responsible for:

· Managing and implementing the organization's programs and initiatives, with focus on support groups

· Supporting ADHD awareness programmes to schools, companies and other organizations

· Budgeting and forecasting,

· Ensuring project completion within designated timelines.

· Continuously identify areas of potential growth and partnership opportunities,

· Building relationships with stakeholders,

· Developing and overseeing partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the charity sector (IPC preferred)

· Project management, planning, and budgeting skills

· Excellent communication and networking skills, with attention to detail

· An understanding of the challenges facing people with ADHD and their families

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team setting

· Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field

· Experience working in a non-profit organization and/or social service sector

· Willingness to work on certain evenings a month to run the support groups and support other programmes
