• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

• Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
• Participate in planning weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan.

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support Project Managers.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.

* Assist in coordinating project activities, such as preparing project timelines, tracking project progress, and organizing project meetings and presentations.

* Maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.

* Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and team members to relay information and address inquiries.

* Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed of project progress.

* Provide ad hoc support to project teams as needed, including conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting with proposal development.

Qualification:

* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role within a construction company or similar industry is a plus.
