RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in industry-related events.

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our brand-new B2C events.

LKCMedicine Finance is currently looking for a candidate to join us as our Temporary Executive/Senior Executive. The candidate shall assist in the financial month end close activities, fixed asset audits and Accounts Receivable aging analysis. The Temporary Executive/Senior Executive shall get to work with various stakeholder departments in LKCMedicine, NTU Shared Services teams (NSS) and Schools/Departments/Colleges (SDC) at NTU. The candidate shall be provided with opportunities to learn and understand the systems, processes and reporting in LKCMedicine and NTU.

Responsibilities:

Month-end Closing

• Prepare monthly audit schedules and perform financial analysis.

We are looking for a Executive, Infrastructure and Network to join the team.

As an Executive for infrastructure and network, you will respond to requests for technical assistance in person whenever necessary. You will also be expected to facilitate end user training to ensure proper usage of IT equipment.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone, email, onsite support or remote access.

· Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining network-related operating systems, applications, software and management tools.

Job Description:

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Business Administration Executive

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, we seek mature and self-driven candidates to apply for this position. Working as a team of 4, the candidate must be adaptable to perform his/her main roles well and able to cover duties when required. The job scope includes:

• Support the HR, admin and operation matters on day-to-day administration
• General admin functions such as up keeping of filings and document archives

· Prepare monthly payroll, including calculation for OT, standby allowances and CPF submission

· Coordinate staff training (including applying for training grant)

Requirement

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Business studies/Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in full sets of accounts

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month-end close, hard-close, fast close and year-end close processes of designated business divisions.
• Prepare/review and analyze monthly management and financial reports
• Prepare/review internal and external schedules/reports as required.
• Review and provide direction to staff with regards to account reconciliation and sub-ledgers to general ledger and other balance sheet reconciliations such as banks/inventory, etc. for completeness and accuracy and follow up on action items.
