Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
• Excellent time management abilities.

Role Overview:
The Clinic Assistant will support our healthcare professionals and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including patient interaction, administrative duties, eye tests and assistance with clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation.
- Assist doctor with procedures and eye tests pre-consultation.
- Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are stocked.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.

Requirements:
- O Levels, Diploma; additional certification or training in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Clinic Assist).
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (half day)
Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
