The candidate will be familiarised with the credit risk profile of the businesses within Asia.  Escalating significant credit risk issues, facilitating the execution and improvement of risk management processes and providing solutions to traders to achieve the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and assess the credit worthiness of trading counterparties, producers and end-users
• Prepare and monitor credit exposures, limits and overdues of the Asian portfolio on a timely basis
• Prepare credit structures including prepayments/ inventory financings etc
• Prepare credit reviews and requests to Credit committee
• Provide inputs to improve credit risk frameworks, processes and methodologies for new products and markets

The role is responsible for managing and overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance works in association with soft and hard FM services where applicable. • Lead a team of property officers and work closely with the Member of Parliament and grassroots leaders in the management of the common areas of the public housing estates.
