Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage the e-commerce platform, including uploading of products and ensuring listings and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
• Execute and manage online campaigns, provide insights on campaign performance
• Order fulfilment in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing weekly sales report for online and offline sales
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, if any

Qualifications:

Job Description:

• To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.

• Create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver action-driving marketing content across channels and tools.
• B2C marketing – manage a portfolio of key marketing clients’ campaigns and budgets, working with internal stakeholders including Client Services and Business Development teams.
• B2B marketing – develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote SISTIC’s products and features.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, besides answering phone calls, emails, and messages. • Coordinating and solving problems that straddle departments or do not fall under specific departments
• Relief Director of distracting routine tasks (i.e. mail, bills, telephone inquiries, etc.), to allow focus on management tasks

• Occasionally will be required to assist in retail sales and stock-taking
• Plan, schedule, and remind the Director of meetings and appointments
