Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage the e-commerce platform, including uploading of products and ensuring listings and pricing are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

Job Description:

• To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.

• Create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver action-driving marketing content across channels and tools.

Media Management

- Post COH events or clients’ activities on COH social media (Facebook and Instagram).

- Upload COH event videos to the COH YouTube channel.

- Update Website when required.

- Assist the VM team in COH newsletter distribution which includes but is not limited to printing cover letters via mail merge of the COH contact list, mailing the newsletter, and recording and updating the COH contact list whenever required.
