Job Responsibilities

• Check daily attendance and perform full spectrum of payroll today for employees.
• Process monthly and advance payments for employees.
• Declare IR21.
• Check, update and manage leave / MC applications of employees.
• Check and verify deductions and liquidated damages bills.
• Check and prepare salary requisitions.
• Check and process NS make up claims/ Childcare claims / reimbursement requests.
• Update employee’s monthly union membership
• Manage employee grievance and performance on a timely basis.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the team on quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors and budgeting.
